Make continuous improvement our work tool, establishing and periodically reviewing specific objectives for this improvement process.
Comply with legal and/or regulatory requirements related to preventive and corrective maintenance management services for other companies.
Promote the participation and responsibility of all company employees in the operation of the Quality System to ensure quality throughout the service delivery.
Establish procedures and means to control the entire process from client consultation to the completion of the service provided.
Provide the company and its processes with the best human capital and the most advanced equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance management services in facilities.
This policy is in line with Bolloré's values and must be known, understood, and developed by everyone who is part of it. Its implementation is a fundamental objective of the Management and is the responsibility of all employees.
