Management Software
We use Hesk, an open-source software adapted to our data processing methods that helps us improve customer service. One of our goals is to improve response times, and this application helps us organize and prioritize interventions more efficiently.
The application has 2 interfaces to optimize management.
System Features
Coordinator Interface
Reports on the status of each repair. We enter all client information to assess response times and coordinate with the appropriate technician.
Technician Interface
Technicians receive work orders and necessary documentation. They can send information about completed interventions.
Single Point of Contact
Each client is assigned a single coordinator who will assist them in their preferred language.
Multilingual System
We process documentation in Spanish, Portuguese, English, and German to handle interventions in all countries.
Complete History
Storage of all documents and photos from each work order to maintain a complete job history.
Optimized Response Times
