Values and behaviors
Bolloré establishes a code of conduct as mandatory internal regulations that define the values and appropriate behaviors of employees in their daily duties.
1. Employee Personal Conduct
- Employees shall comply with the law at all times.
- Honesty, responsibility, and initiative are highly valued qualities.
- Employees shall perform their duties in accordance with ethical requirements within the contractual scope.
- Any type of conflict shall be avoided and reported to the supervisor.
- Clients, colleagues, and collaborators shall always be treated with respect.
- Discrimination and/or harassment are unacceptable and may result in legal action.
- Working under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
2. Anti-corruption and Bribery
- We condemn and fight against any form of bribery or corruption.
- Bolloré competes in the market fairly and solely on the merits of its services.
- Employees shall not accept any personal payment or bribe.
3. Compliance with Competition Laws
- We are committed to complying with all applicable regulations and laws.
- We do not participate in price-fixing or bid manipulation.
- We do not share project-related information with competitors.
4. Client and Supplier Relations
- All parties shall be informed of our code of conduct.
- Services meet quality, health, and risk prevention standards.
- We respect privacy and protect data in accordance with the law.
- Complaints are handled with the highest priority as opportunities for improvement.
5. Workplace Standards
- Bolloré ensures adequate working conditions, including all necessary PPE.
- Right to equality without discrimination in the workplace.
- Freedom to join trade union organizations.
- Prohibition of hiring minors or persons without legal requirements.
- Salaries comply with current collective agreements.
- Commitment to continuous employee training.
- Respect for employee data protection laws.

We are committed on a daily basis to gradually reducing adverse environmental effects through authorized recycling points and the use of environmentally neutral products.
